The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care to clients, the professional development of clinicians, and the adherence to agency policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:The pay range we're offering is $93,170.00 - $104,728.50 annually, depending (Based) on experience.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Master's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
- 2 years post BBS licensure
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
COMPUTER/OFFICE SKILLS REQUIRED:- Word Processing
- Email
- Internet
- Ability to learn clinical software
- Basic office skills (i.e. typing, telephone, copier)
PHYSICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to commute to various sites on and off campus
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
CLEARANCES REQUIRED:- DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index
- Insurability under Corporate Automobile Insurance
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:- Ensure that the Mental Health Clinicians are in full regulatory compliance and that clinical services are delivered in accordance with recognized best practices
- Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards and agency policy
- Provide collaboration with Quality Assurance and Compliance Team Members to ensure documentation compliance.
- Work with other Department supervisors/managers to increase clear communication and mutual support between programs
- Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies
- Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards
- Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices
- Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
- Provide crisis intervention as required.
- Remain on call for clinical emergencies.
- Other related duties as assigned.
