Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Active California license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years licensed experience within the last 5 years
  • Minimum 2 years supervising BBS-registered associates or trainees
  • Experience in school-based or community mental health, and maintaining Medi-Cal documentation and billing
  • Experience working with diverse, underserved populations
  • Strong knowledge of California law, ethics, mandated reporting laws, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices.

  • Supervise and support BBS-registered associates or trainees
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to individuals and families
  • Maintain compliance with Medi-Cal documentation and billing standards
  • Engage in community outreach and promote services to diverse populations
  • Collaborate with schools and community organizations to enhance mental health services

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Epic EHR
  • Experience with Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
  • Experience working in public housing or HOPE SF sites
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or other SF priority languages
