Ellie Mental Health in Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic. We are seeking LMHCs or LICSWs who want to join a practice full time, with the opportunity to supervise pre-licensed clinicians needing supervision hours and build a thriving clinic. We are located right off I-90, on the first floor, accessible to all those who are receiving services.

We are in search of clinicians to help create a rich and diverse community. For this position, we are looking for an experienced LMHC or LICSW, who welcomes the opportunity to build and mentor a team of therapists.

Position Responsibilities:
3 Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans
3 As a full-time clinician/supervisor, you must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 20-22 client sessions each week
3 Complete all documentation within assigned time frames
3 Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, case presentations, and leadership team meetings
3 Ability to supervise a team of clinicians which includes weekly supervision (individual and group), conduct chart audits, review performance metrics, and lead monthly case presentations
3 Oversee various other tasks including but not limited to: hiring & onboarding new staff, ongoing clinical trainings, psychoeducational group development, community outreach, and networking with referral partners.
Qualifications:
3 Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
3 Independent licensure - LMHC or LICSW
3 Must be licensed for a minimum of 3 years
3 At least 1-year supervisory experience
3 Able to teach and implement at least 2 evidence-based practices in sessions and in supervisions
3 Able to maintain appropriate boundaries as a clinician as well as a supervisor
Compensation (range):
$85,000.00 - $119,000.00
