Description

Position Summary:

Oversee clinical services to all clients and coordinate with various department staff as well as program contracted/affiliated agencies. Work involves managing Wraparound, IFCCS and CBSL staff members.

Pay Range: $84,009.60 - $110,510.40 annually.

Requirements

Essential Duties:
• Acquires, maintains, and demonstrates knowledge of Continuum of Care, Integrated Core Practice Model, evidence- based practices, and trauma informed care consistent with the agency's mission, and contracting agency requirements, in providing treatment to individuals and families.
• Oversees staff preparation and submission of timely progress notes, Child and Family Team meetings, Staff and Family Engagement meetings, incident reports, Outcome Measures and other documentation in appropriate formats and within time frames set by contractual and agency requirements.
• Meets regularly with other Clinical Supervisors to ensure interdepartmental communication and consistency, integration of program and mental health functions, and to identify areas for improvement or further development.
• Participates in and leads staff meetings, group/individual clinical supervision, training sessions, and workshops to enhance treatment skills.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment/services planning for training purposes.
• Coordinates staff schedules and personal requests of direct reports.
• Sets clear, measurable and specific goals for assigned staff and meets weekly for review.
• Manage clinical services including coordinating and facilitating coverage when necessary.
• Participates in the review of clinical issues and program policies and procedures.
• Provides specific performance feedback to staff, both positive and corrective, as soon as possible after event or action.
• Participate in interviewing, orientation, training, supervision and performance reviews of staff as assigned.
• Oversees written evaluations, submitted evaluations and any rate change submissions for approval and presents evaluation to staff.
• Maintains a professional environment that is consistent with existing contracts, licensing regulations, and established agency policies.
• Responsible for chart audits and chart preparation for external audits.
• Be available for administrative 24-hour on-call consultation and direction.
• May assist with specific cases to develop staff, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to operate standard office equipment and be computer literate. Applicants should possess excellent verbal, written, analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and follow both oral and written instructions.

Additional Requirements:
Education/Training: MSW, MA or MS in related field of human services. Two years post-license clinical experience preferred . Two years working with adolescents, children and their families. Proven experience in organizational tasks and supervision, planning and implementing staff training.

Licensure: Ph.D., LCSW or MFT license. LCSW preferred.

Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Salary Description

Pay Range: $84,009.60 - $110,510.40 annually.
