Two years post-licensure with supervision capability per BBS regulations
2-4 years of direct service experience

Responsibilities
Supervise case navigators and community engagement specialists throughout their recruitment and evaluations
Ensure clinical documentation complies with DMH and agency standards effectively
Manage program budgets and funding resources efficiently
Review and ensure quality of clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Monitor staff development and training for evidence-based practices
Establish strong relationships with external agencies, schools, and community stakeholders
Address client concerns and grievances to foster satisfaction
Assist with onboarding, training, and chart audits to maintain program integrity
Represent the program at community outreach events and DMH meetings

Your Role: Clinical Supervisor
Location: Magnolia Place
Pay: $105,000/Annually
Your Toolbox Includes:
