  • Ensuring Patient Safety: Meticulously reviewing orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related issues before they reach the bedside.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Pharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
