opportunities, communicate insights, and lead change-management activities tied to process improvement recommendations.  • Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, standardization, education, conversion, implementation, and sustainment activities within national and strategic IDNs.  • Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations, clinical reports, and recommendations for nursing leadership, C-suite executives, department directors, medical directors, value analysis teams, and supply chain leaders.  • Create repeatable clinical tools, playbooks, and best-practice approaches that enable a consistent customer experience and increase the effectiveness of national, enterprise, regional, and local teams.  • Coordinate with regional clinical and sales partners to ensure communication, role clarity, resource alignment, and continuity from national strategy through local execution.  • Participate in national account business planning, quarterly business reviews, opportunity strategy sessions, and WIN Room discussions for assigned national and strategic accounts.  • Engage customer committees as requested, including product, safety, infection prevention, policy, critical care, emergency medicine, value analysis, and biomedical engineering committees.  • Maintain an active field presence based on customer priorities, implementation requirements, strategic opportunities, and business needs.  • Identify and cultivate clinical champions and key opinion leaders within national and strategic IDNs, in partnership with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial leadership.  • Represent BD, as appropriate, through participation in national professional associations and relevant customer or industry forums, including AHA, SCCM, NANN, AAP, APIC, AACN, and WOCN.  • Support onboarding, capability development, and field education for sales and clinical associates in partnership with Acute Urology sales enablement and clinical leadership.  • strategic initiatives as assigned.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS  Experience  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in process improvement, best-practice implementation, and change management within MedTech, healthcare, clinical practice, sales, or marketing required.  • Experience supporting complex health systems, multi-site implementations, national accounts, enterprise customers, or strategic IDNs preferred.  • Demonstrated ability to lead clinical initiatives across multiple stakeholders, geographies, and levels of an organization.  Competencies  • Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and matrixed environment without direct authority.  • Enterprise mindset with the ability to connect national strategy, customer priorities, and local execution.  • Strong consultative skills, including value co-creation, joint solution development, clinical discovery, and stakeholder alignment in a business-to-business environment.  • Proven change-management and implementation leadership skills, with the ability to drive adoption and sustainment across multi-site health systems.  • Ability to navigate executive and clinical leadership audiences in partnership with national account, enterprise, and commercial leaders.  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including qualitative reasoning and hypothesis-driven consulting approaches.  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and economic data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.  • Ability to connect data insights with accreditation
