The focus of the Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) is to clinically sell to maximize the da Vinciae Surgical System's utilization in the Winchester, VA territory. Essential Job Duties Work with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinciae Surgery applications b7 Be a da Vinciae Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties b7 Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption b7 Develop a da Vinciae Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can use the system unsupervised b7 Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs b7 Drive the sales of instruments and accessories b7 Responsibly manage administrative tasks; sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience b7 A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred b7 Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed Required Education b7 Bachelorb4s degree required Preferred Skills and Experience b7 Proven record of success b7 Ambition and exceptional work ethic b7 Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment b7 Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills b7 Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team Additional Information Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
