Requirements:To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience: RN I - New grad, or no acute care experience within 2 years. RN II - Acute care experience within the last 2 years, training and experience in the area assigned.
- Licenses/Certification: Current Colorado Registered Nurse License (or compact state RN license). BLS, ACLS, PALS.

- Utizlize the nursing process in collecting data and performing nursing care interventions on an ongoing basis
- Document all required information in a timely, thorough and accurate manner
- Coordinate orders and meet multiple patient requests within an acceptable time frame
- Monitor and ensure the quality of healthcare practices in a manner compliant with Joint Commission and HIPAA requirements

Work Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts/week
Shift: 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
Compensation: $33.00 - $51.15/hour DOE (evening, night and weekend shift differential pay) In addition to the base salary, Nurses have the opportunity to increase their compensation through participation in our Clinical Ladder Program. This program recognizes and rewards engagement in organizational initiatives, professional development, leadership activities, and contributions to quality and patient safety efforts. Advancement on the Clinical Ladder is an opportunity to grow both professionally and financially.
