This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their advanced EEG research skills and project management expertise in a fast-paced industry setting. You will be the central point of contact for our research partnerships, ensuring the scientific integrity, smooth execution, and successful completion of critical projects that drive our product and clinical evidence development.

You'll be responsible for monitoring data submissions, performing initial quality checks, cleaning the data, and preparing it for algorithm development. This involves meticulous data cleaning, quality assurance, and transforming complex clinical information into a machine-readable format to support our R&D efforts. You'll also troubleshoot any issues with partner sites to ensure a consistent and scientifically reliable data source.
  • Data Analysis and Publication: You will perform preliminary data analyses, generate scientific insights, and contribute to or lead publications based on the findings.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience with Brain Data: Demonstrated experience working with brain-derived data, like EEG or neuroimaging, in a research or clinical setting.
  • Medical Research Background: A strong understanding of the medical research process, including study design, data collection, and scientific publication. Experience managing clinical research projects from inception to launch, execution and completion.
  • Data Management Skills: Proficiency in data cleaning and curation, with an eye for detail.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly and to solve problems proactively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
