Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Clinical Research Nurse (CRN), manages all aspects of research protocols and clinical trials as directed. Monitor study patients and provide appropriate nursing services; review and evaluate health status, lab findings and reactions; oversee accurate records, maintain and implement research protocols, develop policies, and procedures and submission of trials.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year Clinical Research experience.
Education/Licensure/Certifications:- BSN required
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), specifically Health Care Provider, certification.
- Additional competencies may be required by the work location.

Pay Scale Information $90,334.40-$120,432.00CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
