Your Role on the TeamResponsible for clinical research financial administration. The primary responsibility is interfacing directly in a professional manner with business partners in the pharmaceutical, medical device and clinical research organization (CRO) industries to administer the accounts receivable for a large clinical trial portfolio under the management of the CFCCC Stern Center for Cancer Clinical Trials and Research. Uses professional financial services concepts. Applies organization policies and procedures to resolve a variety of moderately complicated issues. Works on financial services problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

- 3-5 years of related work experience in clinical research and/or financial administration responsibilities
Preferred:- Experience with clinical trial agreements and clinical research billing principles
- Knowledge of UC Irvine's financial systems including KFS, DSS, Data Warehouse, PI Report
- Experience working in a Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), preferably Oncore
- Experience managing finances for oncology-specific trials
