What You\'ll Do
- Conduct thorough diagnostic interviews and biopsychosocial histories, and set clear goals for each assessment
- Select and implement test batteries tailored to each client - psychological, neuropsychological, social-emotional, and neurodevelopmental
- Work alongside psychometrists on test administration, ensuring high-quality data collection
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to build individualized, evidence-based recommendations
- Write clear, actionable, client-centered evaluation reports aligned with best practices
- Communicate findings and recommendations directly to clients and families
- Complete insurance, pre-authorization, and records documentation in a timely, professional manner
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development
Optional, if it interests you: provide therapy using modalities like CBT, DBT, or ACT, or support local charter schools with assessments and consultation.
What You Bring
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited clinical or school psychology program
- Licensed or license-eligible in Utah (postdoctoral candidates welcome to apply)
- Experience across a broad range of diagnoses - autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, neurocognitive conditions, and mood disorders
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into findings families can actually understand
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with special education systems and related services
- Training or experience in ADOS administration - All Modules (we\'ll provide training if you don\'t have it yet)
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and parent consultation
