Full Job Description
Position: Clinical Program Director

As the Clinical Program Director (CPD) you would be responsible for for the overall mental health and trauma competent treatment model operation and delivery of services across their designated Omni Family of Services program. The CPD provides both administrative and clinical support for designated programs. The CPD is tasked with developing and ensuring consistent best clinical practices, including the implementation of evidence-based and measurement-based models.

- Must be a licensed mental health professional. PhD, PsyD or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the behavioral sciences, child development, social services, psychology or closely related field required.

- Licensed to supervise clinical programs and meet all independent licensing requirements of stated profession.

-Able to diagnose and render behavioral health services within a jurisdiction in which those services will be provided.

- Minimum of 3 years prior experience.

- Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams to achieve successful performance, must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.

- Valid Driver's License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
