What We're Looking For:

The Clinical Program & Education Manager is a strategic clinical leader responsible for designing, scaling, and safeguarding the integrity of SuperCare Health's clinical programs. Reporting to the Director of Respiratory Services, this role bridges clinical strategy and field execution, ensuring programs are operationally sound, clinically compliant, and consistently delivered across all markets.

This individual serves as a subject matter expert and central resource for clinical standards, education, and program performance, driving quality, supporting field teams, and enabling sustainable growth. The role also maintains the flexibility to directly support patient care and represent the organization externally as needed.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Program Development & Clinical Compliance
• Partner with leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve respiratory programs (for example, Ventilation, Pediatrics, and Chronic Care Management)
• Develop and maintain clinical SOPs, protocols, and workflows to ensure standardized, high-quality care delivery
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and accreditation requirements.
• Conduct routine and targeted audits to monitor adherence to clinical and documentation standards
• Lead clinical readiness efforts for accreditation (such as Joint Commission) and proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Serve as the organization's independent clinical governance authority, structurally separate from Field Operations, ensuring clinical standards are upheld even when they are in tension with operational or growth priorities

Education Strategy & Field Support
• Design and implement scalable education programs, including Train-the-Trainer models for Regional Clinical Leaders
• Serve as the clinical dotted-line authority for RT Leads and field RTs, providing governance, consistent policy interpretation, and a formal escalation pathway for clinical, safety, and ethical questions that is independent of the Field Operations reporting line
• Provide direct patient care on an as-needed basis to support field operations, maintain clinical competency, and ensure continuity during staffing or leadership gaps
• Support hiring efforts by assessing clinical competency of candidates
• Develop and manage ongoing education initiatives, including CEU programs and competency assessments for staff and referral partners
• Lead initiatives to enhance troubleshooting methodologies and improve resolution rates across clinical and customer service channels.
• Oversee the Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS) team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in prescription documentation, coordinating physician submissions, and resolving escalated patient supply requirements from field RTs.

Product & Patient Safety Management
• Provide clinical input on equipment selection, formulary decisions, and new product evaluations
• Lead the clinical response to medical device recalls and supply disruptions in collaboration with key stakeholder leadership - providing clinical input on risk mitigation strategies and substitute equipment decisions, then owning the rollout, communication, and documentation framework for interim care protocols
• Translate clinical program outcomes into clear, actionable insights to support cross-functional teams, including Sales
• Own clinical launch readiness for new products, therapies, and service lines, including policies and procedures, staff training materials, troubleshooting guides, and patient-facing education, prior to deployment

Growth, Representation & Operational Expansion
• Support expansion into new markets by establishing clinical standards, training teams, and ensuring regulatory readiness
• Provide clinical documentation and guidance to support state licensure and program implementation
• Partner with Sales teams to support referral relationships by providing clinical expertise, participating in provider discussions, and reinforcing the value and outcomes of SuperCare Health programs
• Represent SuperCare Health at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums, serving as a clinical ambassador and advocate for organizational capabilities and patient care standards
• Travel as needed to support program launches, training, field alignment, and external engagements

Reporting and Analytics:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making to improve patient experience and outcomes.
• Contribute to achieving organizational KPIs aligned with yearly POGO initiatives, such as improved adherence rates and time to set up

Other Duties:
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role may be a fit if you have..

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent clinical credentials.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in clinical operations management and team leadership.
• Expert in the discovery and design of clinical training programs; classroom instruction experience preferred
• Experienced in managing audit risks and ensuring program compliance for accreditation surveys.
• Strong understanding of virtual care technologies and workflows.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Reside in California
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight and out-of-state trips. Up to 30%
• Experience with CMS, Medicare, and payer audit requirements in home respiratory or DME care.
