Position: Clinical Pharm Spec-Ambulatory
Shift: Day shift

Experience:
2-3 years ambulatory care or retail pharmacy

Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
PGY1 residency; PGY2 in Ambulatory Care or Specialty Pharmacy
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications
Specialty pharmacy experience, experience with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards (URAC, ACHS)

Licensures/Certifications:
CSP certification
Active Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania upon hire
Immunization certification required within 90 days of hire
Board certification (e.g., BCACP, BCSCP, CSP) preferred
