Job DescriptionClinical Pharmacist at Kadlec Regional Medical CenterThe clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.
Shift Available:
- Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly
Required Qualifications: - PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or,
- Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
- When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
Preferred Qualifications: - Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
