Clinical Pharmacist at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Available:
  • Full time, Variable, 40 working hours weekly

Required Qualifications:
  • PharmD - Doctorate of Pharmacy or,
  • Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor of Pharmacy.
  • Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
  • When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license.
  • Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
