Required Qualifications: - PharmD: Pharmacy, Or
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications:- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
