Clinical Pharmacist position details:
- Facility: St. Joseph's Hospital
- Location: Tampa, FL
- Status: Full time, exempt
- Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm
- Weekend Work: Every 3rd
- On Call: No
Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
Certifications and Licensure:
- Required: Pharmacist - State of FL
- Preferred: Pediatric Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCPPS)
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred
- Required: Pediatric Pharmacy Experience
- Preferred: PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency
