o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Pharmacist position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice. Previous hospital experience preferred.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
3. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
The pay range for this position is $122,408.00 to $165,630.40 per year.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
