Work Schedule:
100% FTE; 70% AM shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM); 30% PM shifts (13:30 PM - 22:00 PM). 1 in 4 weekends and holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to:
  • Provide medication therapy management services as part of the interdisciplinary team to patients on inpatient services to assure that drug therapy is safe, effective, efficient, and cost-effective.
  • Perform both clinical and distributive tasks necessary to ensure that patients' medication therapy is safe, effective, timely, and efficient.
  • Provide training and education to Pharmacy Residents and PharmD students through practical and didactic experiences.
  • Provide patient care to a diverse population including medical and surgical patients.
