Full Job Description
Location: Collierville, TN (Onsite)

Classification: Non-Exempt

Status: Full Time

Reports To: Fulfillment Manager

Purpose

The Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment manages drug distribution and related activities for a variety of patients enrolled at PANTHERx™ Rare Pharmacy. The role safely and efficiently dispenses and ships medications, packages cold chain shipments, and follows all fulfillment processes in the pharmacy setting. The Fulfillment Pharmacist assists with mentoring newly hired staff, trains existing staff, and addresses escalated patient, prescriber, or PANTHERx leadership concerns. In addition, this role oversees pharmacy technicians, supports other roles daily and reports to the Pharmacy Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations.

  • Performs fulfillment pharmacist duties during on-call hours on a rotating basis; on-call duties may involve transporting products to and from Panther facility.
  • Handles additional projects and activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist Licensure in the state of Tennessee.
  • Active and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years as a practicing, licensed pharmacist.
  • 2-4 years of specialty pharmacy experience.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
