Clinical Pharmacist position details: • Facility: South Florida Baptist Hospital • Location: Plant City, FL • Status: Full time, exempt • Shift: Variable - 7 on, 7 off • Weekend Work: Every other • On Call: No Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities: • The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.
