- You'll play a crucial role in helping our members get the most out of their medication and ensuring our members take the right medication at the right time, driving better clinical outcomes through better medication adherence and chronic disease education. You'll also be partnering with our members' providers, guiding them through the complex world of medication therapy management.
- The Clinical Pharmacist will report to the Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacy and will have indirect reporting relationships with other clinical and operational leadership.
Required skills and experience:- A pharmacist with 3 or more years of clinical experience working in direct patient care
- Liccensure:
- State licensure in good standing is required in any of the following states: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Hawai'i, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas.
- You will be required to get licensed in at least 5 states and additional states as needed. License must be in good standing without restrictions or sanctions. Travel may be required to secure additional licensure.
- Residence in the Mountain, Pacific, or Hawaiian time zones or ability to support work during typical clinic hours in those time zones
- Fluent proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin
Desired skills and experience:- Experience with implementing or working under collaborative pharmacy practice agreements
- Board certification or experience specifically in complex geriatric care, behavioral health, and/or lipid management preferred
- Comfort working with AI-assisted clinical tools (e.g., documentation support, workflow optimization) and providing feedback to improve their use
- Licensure in 3 or more of the following states at the time of application:

- Additional consideration will be given to candidates with fluent proficiency in Tagalog, Japanese, and Ilocano
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: Pharmacist Consult Services
- Work directly with patients to manage chronic conditions through personalized care plans.
- Develop and provide educational materials tailored to the specific needs of our local population.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to iterate on disease management processes.
- Help members and providers navigate their benefits to ensure healthcare is accessible and affordable.
Medication Therapy Management
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews with members who have complex medication regimens
- Identifying and resolving drug therapy issues to optimize care and improve outcomes
Quality Programs
- Drive "5-Star" performance on pharmacy-related clinical measures through best-in-class care.
- Address therapy gaps (e.g., statin initiation for diabetes or cardiovascular health).
- Interact with members with genuine compassion, helping them reach their individual health goals.
Practice Operations
- Support on-call rotations for urgent pharmacy needs.
- Act as a clinical subject matter expert for our pharmacy model development.
- Mentor and train the wider team on pharmacotherapy and practice-related topics.
- Utilize AI-enabled clinical tools to support documentation and drug therapy problem identification, providing feedback to improve tooling accuracy and workflow efficiency
- Securing additional state licensure in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $74,000 - $150,000 / year
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
