Under general supervision, is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).

Job Requirements
Minimum
B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm D.
Valid Arizona pharmacist license
BLS-American Heart Association
Preferred
One year hospital experience
Strong clinical pharmacy skills
Previous experience with Hospital Pharmacy computer systems
