Responsibilities
  • Provides for foundational pharmacy services, including medication order verification, dispensing oversight, drug information support, and basic patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services.
  • Reviews the accuracy and appropriateness of medications prepared and dispensed by pharmacy personnel.
  • Serves as a drug information resource to physicians, nursing staff, and other hospital personnel.
  • Supports safe, accurate, and efficient medication use throughout the hospital.

Licenses and Certifications
