This role provides the opportunity to lead and mentor a clinical nutrition team within a multi-unit hospital and drive quality and performance initiatives, and partner with clinical leadership in a nationally recognized hospital setting.

What You'll Do- Manage a clinical nutrition program within the acute care setting
- Supervise a team of inpatient and outpatient dietitians across four accounts
- Collaborate on the implementation and management of Sodexo's meal service program and menu management system
- Foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development; and
- Drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects

What You Bring- Registered Dietitian credential with 10+ years of progressive management experience, including acute care clinical nutrition
- Proven supervisory or people management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical nutrition teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills, with a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory accreditation, regulatory readiness and review, and establishing, implementing, and maintaining standards of care
Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Management Experience - 10 years management experience
Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years related functional experience
