Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Significant experience in Assisted Living and Long-Term Care (LTC) and a deep understanding of Federal & State regulations.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex data effectively.
• Customer-service-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities meet high standards of patient care while adhering to state and federal regulations.
• Serve as interim Director of Nursing (DON) or Wellness Director as needed to maintain stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Design and lead impactful training sessions to enhance staff competency and retention.
• Ensure clinical personnel comply with government regulations and nursing standards of care.
• Lead the Federal/State survey and complaint investigation process effectively.
• Identify potential clinical issues early and implement effective resolutions.
