Foundations Minnesota is seeking a
CLINICAL MANAGER to join our multidisciplinary treatment team within MN 245G and CARF standards. The position will provide clinical oversight to our Pride Program located in Minneapolis, MN. In addition, the position will hold a reduced caseload which will include on-going assessments, treatment planning, diagnostic assessments, progress reviews, continuing care planning, and individual/group counseling sessions involving recovery education.
This is a salaried, full-time, benefits-eligible position at our Pride Program, based in Minneapolis, MN, with a daytime schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications Experience and Requirements:- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred Master's) in alcohol & drug couseling, mental health, marriage & facily therapy, and/or social work.
- Licensure: Current LADC/LPCC/LICSW/LMFT (preferred dual license)
- Additional Requirements: have 5 + years' experience in the chemical dependency field and 12 contact hours of co-occurring disorders training; and have insight regarding the unique challenges faced by our clients. They must be able to pass/clear the MN DHS Background Study and must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring.
