What you will do:
The Med/Surg Night Shift Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the Nurse Director in the safe and effective provision of care for the Medical/Surgical unit. Maintain both management and clinical nurse roles in the department. Serve as director in director's absence.

Required Education:
Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN

Required Skills:
Leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship. Knowledge of critical care practices. Act as a mentor, coach and develop others, act as a role model. Attentive to details.

Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Leadership, organization, fiscal stewardship. Knowledge of critical care practices. Act as a mentor, coach and develop others, act as a role model. Attentive to details.

Required Experience:
