About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to provide leadership and support at our San Francisco Clinic. This is a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration will make a direct impact.
We are offering a $5K sign on bonus for this role.
Responsibilities- Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers to ensure day-to-day responsibilities are met
- Mentor clinical leads and provide feedback to staff on performance
- Execute onboarding and training programs for the clinical team
- Ensure clinical team overhead aligns with budget and identify opportunities for efficiency
- Coordinate patient conversion lists and anticipated cycle volumes across locations
- Oversee clinical staff schedules and manage per-diem nurses if applicable
- Manage time cards and procedural scheduling for OR cases, embryo transfers, and IUIs
- Ensure patient satisfaction and escalate complaints as needed
- Nursing responsibilities include patient education, cycle oversight, pre- and post-operative care, and documentation in EMR
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
- Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
Who You Are- 4+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice OR managerial experience in an outpatient Women's Health clinic
- Current Registered Nurse license in California
- Current BLS and ACLS Certification
- EMR and G-Suite experience
- Strong phlebotomy skills and IV access ability
- Passion for women's health and fertility
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Exemplifies strong customer service skills and professionalism
