Position Details - Pay: $36-$45 per hour
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

SUMMARYThe Clinical Liaison is a respiratory therapist who provides expert respiratory care and clinical support to customers, referral sources, and internal staff while serving as a key partner in the organization's referral development and business growth efforts. This role combines advanced clinical expertise with relationship-building to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Sets up, educates, delivers, monitors and troubleshoots customers on PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP), ventilators, heated humidity to trach, oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment, including mask fittings and therapy compliance reviews
- Determines the most appropriate respiratory care solutions and coordinates services with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare providers
- Assists referral sources with documentation requirements, insurance guidelines, orders, and other clinical documentation needed for service delivery
- Partners with the sales team through joint customer visits, presentations, and educational events to support growth in respiratory and home medical equipment referrals
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with physician offices, hospitals, clinics, sleep labs, discharge planners, and referral coordinators and other referral sources to support respiratory and home medical equipment services
- Serves as the clinical expert for respiratory therapies, providing education and support to customers, referral sources, and staff on the proper use and maintenance of home medical equipment and supplies
- Assists walk-in customers with equipment, supplies, and services
- Maintains accurate clinical records, utilizes electronic device monitoring systems, and participates in audits to ensure complete and compliant documentation
- Stays current on new products and collaborates with purchasing on inventory selection and management
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be licensed or registered to practice respiratory care in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin or be able to obtain licensure
- Two-years related experience required
- Must meet continuing education requirements for ongoing professional development as defined by the state licensing board for renewal of license
- Ability to work independently, trouble shoot issues and formulate solutions
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
- Must have the ability to safely operate a motorized vehicle
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- General working knowledge of computer systems
