Pay Range$38.20 - $57.30

Atrium Health Urgent Care NoDa is conveniently located in Charlotte, NC. We deliver high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Our services include treatment for common illnesses, minor injuries, and workers' compensation needs. Our dedicated care team consists of experienced providers, nurses, medical assistants, radiologic technologists, and patient service specialists, all working together to ensure exceptional patient experiences. As an RN in our urgent care setting, no two days are the same. You'll play a vital role in triaging patients, assisting with procedures, running point-of-care labs, administering medications, and applying a wide range of clinical skills to support timely, quality care in a fast-paced environment.
We're Looking For:Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
3 Years of RN experience with Urgent Care, ED, ICU, preferred
Bachelor's in nursing preferred
What You'll Do:Urgent Care teammates work 9:30 am-8 pm M-F and 7:45 am-6 pm Sat/Sun. This position will work every other weekend
Teammates will work in a fast -paced environment and will need strong triage and assessment skills. Responsibilities: Triage assess acuity. Obtains vitals, Administer medications, injections and vaccinations. Perform Point of Care testing, lab specimen collection. Assist with procedures such as splinting, wound care, blood draws.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
