Job Title: Clinical Lead - Behavioral Health
Location: Mesa, AZ (In-Person Only)
Schedule: Full-Time | Includes on-call rotation & travel within the Phoenix Metro area

We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead to oversee clinical operations and support behavioral health teams serving SMI populations across multiple outpatient locations. This in-person leadership role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, integrated services that meet the needs of both patients and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical direction and day-to-day support to designated clinical teams
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled staffing, offering expert consultation and oversight
  • Perform periodic fidelity audits to ensure adherence to approved evidence-based practices (EBPs)
  • Ensure programming aligns with agency policies, contract requirements, ethical standards, and state/federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal partners and supervisors to implement initiatives related to integrated outpatient care
  • Optimize clinical workflows and contribute to quality improvement efforts
  • Participate in the clinical on-call rotation and travel to multiple clinics across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
