Description:In this role, the employee will be responsible to make independent judgments to perform routine and special tests as required in our Pathology and Lab Medicine Department.
This is a full-time night shift position 12:00am-8:00am including rotating weekends and holidays, located at NYP/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.Competitive sign-on bonus up to $10K:- New graduates eligible

Preferred Criteria:- One-year of experience.
- ASCP
Required Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or equivalent unless credentials are grandfathered in as life experience.
- New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York State Education Department.
- New hires pending a Clinical Laboratory Technologist License: Must obtain the License within 6 months of hire, and must work in a Trainee capacity only
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Must have the ability to work independently.
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range:$52.61-$65.45/Hourly
