Starting with the patient, RxSS makes the medication journey more understandable so that prescriptions are accessible and affordable.

As we expand beyond our core savings engine into the areas of market access, managed care and outcomes, we need a Clinical Pharmacist embedded within our Product organization to serve as the authoritative clinical voice across the product lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, and Privacy teams to bring clinical rigor to product decisions, reduce clinical risk, and ensure that member-facing capabilities reflect current pharmacy practice standards. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Product with no direct reports, purposed with driving outcomes through expertise, strategic framing, and cross-functional influence.

What You'll Do:

  • Apply clinical expertise to inform savings logic, clinical content, member-facing messaging, and therapeutic substitution recommendations embedded in the RxSS platform
  • Monitor evolving clinical guidelines, drug utilization trends, and regulatory changes that may affect product strategy, and translate these into actionable insights and strategic direction for the product roadmap

Build Teams of Tomorrow - Organizational Capability Building

  • Document clinical review patterns, decision frameworks, and drug utilization learnings
  • Share industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices with the product organization
