You have successfully led complex healthcare transformations involving Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), MEDITECH, Altera (Allscripts), or similar enterprise healthcare platforms, and have served as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, clinical leaders, and technology stakeholders. You bring a combination of delivery excellence, consulting leadership, client relationship management, financial management, and business development experience. You are comfortable managing large multidisciplinary teams, managing complex stakeholder environments, navigating executive governance structures, and driving transformational outcomes for healthcare organizations.

The Role:

Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale CIS transformation programs, including EHR implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations, optimization initiatives, and digital transformation programs

  • Build and lead high-performing, multidisciplinary delivery teams spanning clinical, technology, and operational talent across internal staff, vendors, and client resources

  • Mentor and develop the Canada healthcare consulting team, advancing health technology capabilities, delivery quality, and professional growth

  • Establish and maintain delivery governance, quality management processes and executive reporting structures

  • Manage program financial performance, delivery forecasting, resource plans, and contractual commitments

  • Drive proactive management of risks, dependences, issues, and change requests across complex delivery environments

  • Ensure adherence with delivery methodologies, quality assurance standards, and governance requirements

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead delivery through all phases of the CIS lifecycle, including strategy, vendor selection, planning, design, build, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and optimization

  • Lead integrated program planning across clinical, operational, technical, data, change management, training, and deployment workstreams

  • Ensure readiness for key transformation milestones and executive governance reviews

  • Direct resolution of critical program risks, issues, and escalations, including those impacting clinical operations, patient safety, timelines, budgets, or regulatory compliance

  • Revalidate delivery estimates, resource requirements, budgets, and program assumptions throughout the program lifecycle

  • Drive achievement of program outcomes while balancing quality, scope, schedule, and financial objectives

Consulting & Advisory Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, clinical leaders, informatics leaders, and operational stakeholders on healthcare technology transformation initiatives

  • Build and maintain senior client relationships across technology, clinical, data, and operational leadership to support successful delivery, account growth, and pipeline development

  • Ensure CIS solutions and delivery approaches align with clinical workflows, care delivery models, operational priorities, and organizational goals

  • Lead pursuit and proposal efforts for health technology opportunities, including CIS implementations, digital strategy, and digital operations engagements

  • Contribute to sector strategy, account planning, and go-to-market initiatives in alignment with Accenture's health technology priorities

  • Drive practice development and capability building through mentoring, knowledge asset creation, delivery framework enhancement, and participation in communities of practice

  • Act as a primary escalation point for complex program delivery, stakeholder, and integration matters.

  • Support executive governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting

Vendor & Ecosystem Management

  • Lead delivery across major CIS vendors, including Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, Altera (Allscripts), and associated implementation partners

  • Coordinate activities across consulting partners, technology vendors, client teams, and third-party solution providers

  • Oversee integration delivery between CIS platforms and ancillary systems (lab, pharmacy, imaging, revenue cycle, etc.)

  • Ensure vendor deliverables align with contractual commitments, business requirements, clinical needs, and quality standards

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements, information governance, privacy and security policies, and organizational quality requirements

  • Participate in delivery quality reviews and remediation activities

  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting clinical operations, patient safety, program outcomes, or strategic objectives

  • Promote delivery excellence through the consistent application of industry and Accenture leading practices
