Lead the System That Keeps Care MovingYou've run operations, balanced priorities, and built teams. Now lead at a level where your decisions shape performance across entire hospitals-not just one department.
What You'll Do - Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability.
- Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance across the board.
- Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth.
- Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.
