Position Overview: Clinical EducationManager 6Operations
The Clinical Education Manager 6 Operationsplaysa central roleinoverseeing daily operations, optimizingstandard operating procedures, ensuringaccreditationcompliance, as well asdata reporting and analyticsacross clinical education programs and internal teams.This roleservesas the subject matter expert for departmental systemandtechnology,troubleshoot issues, and translatesoperational needs into effective solutions.The positionrequires strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills,alongwith the ability to collaborate across teamsand leadership toalign operational priorities with organizational goals.The Manageractsas astrategicleader who guides ateam and drives operational execution to deliver exceptional clinical education outcomes, supporting departmental success and strengthening technicalexpertise.
ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities(Include but are not limited to the following)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead and developa team ofClinical Education Coordinators and Specialists throughcoaching,trainingand ongoing feedback to drive performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and university partner policies by reinforcing expectations and monitoring adherence across team processes.
Analyze operational data and metrics to inform strategic decisions,identifychallenges, and drive continuous process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
Serve as subject matter expert for departmental systems,clinical placement platforms,troubleshooting issues, managing escalations, and translating operational needs into technical solutions.
Develop,optimize, andmaintainstandard operating proceduresto ensure efficiency, quality,and scalabilityto align with organizational goals.
Delegate effectively by aligning tasks with team capabilities and workload distribution, ensuringoperationalexecution.
Lead change management initiatives for processes,system implementations, and organizationalimprovementsthrough trainingand communication.
Collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, academics, enrollment, operations, accreditation) toalignpriorities and drive operational success.
Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.
Key Qualifications
Strong operational judgment, project management, and communication skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal direction.
Proactive problem solver, able toanticipaterisks, andcomfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and navigatesystems,troubleshoot issues, and translate operationalneeds.
Experience working withclinicalplacementplatforms,CRM systems,SISsystems, or operational platforms preferred.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare or higher education setting
Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in operationsor project managementin higher education
Ability to travel, up to 10%requiredas needed
