Full Job Description
Description and Responsibilities

The Clinician Division Director of Co-Occurring Disorders will be responsible for the clinical oversight of Open Sky's Co-Occurring programs, including the Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment program and the Residential Recovery Services Program, OASIS.

Our Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment program is an evidence-based, wrap-around service model for individuals with a dual-diagnosis of mental health and substance use disorder. The program works with individuals by providing individualized, community-based support from a highly integrated, multi-disciplinary team including a clinician, navigators, recovery coaching, supervisory staff, nursing, and psychiatry. Individuals are provided support through person-centered treatment plans in the settings where they are most comfortable, including the home or other community locations, with the goal of empowering individuals to explore the various pathways to recovery for both mental health and substance use. The Oasis program partners with Harrington Hospital to provide 6-12 months of residential recovery services to 16 adults who have both mental health and substance use disorders. Oasis is not a typical group home environment - our model is to support all paths to wellness and recovery including yoga, meditation, smart recovery, therapy animals, 12-step programs, and more.

We are looking for a Clinical Division Director to ensure the successful achievement of the division's goals and objectives and provide oversight of provider billing within the division. This position will also work collaboratively with medical, behavioral health, and substance use treatment providers to support coordination of care and re-entry supports.

  • Maintain a caseload of individuals and provide individual therapy.
  • Provide clinical and licensure supervision as needed.
  • Monitor program budgets in conjunction with the fiscal manager and the service director. Make changes and develop corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee and monitor the programs to ensure the delivery of interventions in accordance with the ISP at the appropriate frequency via review of the support plan and contact notes; make recommendations as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Social Services with current LPHA (LICSW, LCSW, LADAC 1, LMHC, LMFT) required.
  • Previous experience working with homeless, justice involved and underserved populations, adults with serious and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders with a minimum of five years supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with local resources, navigating health, behavioral health and/or substance use treatment system, required.
  • Valid Drivers' License and acceptable driving history, required.
