🩺 About the OpportunityAs our
Clinical Director, you will lead the Wellness Department with the goal of creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment where residents can achieve their highest level of wellness and independence.
In this role, you will:- Oversee all Wellness operations and ensure exceptional resident care
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team
- Maintain strong communication with residents, families, primary care providers, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, infection control, and all state regulations
- Support onboarding and orientation for new residents and team members
- Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive culture
- Protect resident and staff safety through proactive monitoring and immediate action
- Manage staffing levels based on acuity, regulations, and community needs
- Conduct ongoing in-services, training, and team meetings
- Step in for the Executive Director when needed to ensure smooth community operations

🔑 Critical Success FactorsWe're looking for candidates who bring:
- An active, unencumbered nursing license valid in Wisconsin
- Required state-specific certifications
- At least one year of experience in assisted living or healthcare
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for supporting both residents and team members
