Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Director of Outpatient Services- LPC/LCSW to join our team of professionals who are dedicated to providing help and hope to individuals and families for the achievement of improving their mental health as a local pain management clinic. The Director of Outpatient Services d evelops and administers a comprehensive partial organization program that responds to the community's needs and oversees all outpatient services in support of the organization's overall mission, philosophy, and goals. Integrates the management of outpatient services into the Behavioral Health System's continuum of care.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Designs partial treatment programs; all outpatient programs are adequately structured; treatment modalities are age and diagnosis specific, develops programs which easily interface with other inpatient and outpatient services provided by the organization
  • Maintains effective, compatible relationships between the outpatient services and other programs provided within the Brentwood delivery system
  • Carries out the personnel management activities associated with direct staff supervision, including screening and selection, orientation training and development, performance management, and employee relations functions

    Qualifications
