Compensation: $97,000 - $105,000
Program Hours: Full timeMonday to Friday
Supervisory Responsibility: ABA Supervisor, Behavior Therapist- RBT, and Behavior Therapist- RBT Trainee.
Position SummaryThe position includes clinical and administrative responsibilities. It involves managing all aspects of the ABA Program including but not limited to making clinical decisions, writing reports and behavior plans, administering assessments, training parents, supervising and training staff, scheduling, staffing, participating in disciplinary activities, managing the program budget and expenses, etc. It requires an active licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D).
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministrative and Managerial - Participate in personnel management including: staffing, timesheets, required trainings, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Participate in budgeting and program expense management.
- Participate in program design, quality assurance, policies and procedures.
Clinical - Data analysis, developing clients' individual programs and report writing (FBAs, behavior plans, and progress reports).
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Therapists-RBTs, BT-RBT Trainees, BCBAs, and BCBA candidates.
- Parent training, meetings with multidisciplinary teams and collaborations with other service providers.
Other Duties- Comply with ECF's Injury and Illness Prevention Program. Ensure safe use and operation of tools and/or equipment.
- Comply with ECF policies and procedures, including mandated reporting requirements.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation/Licenses/Certifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Child Development or related discipline and current active licensure as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D).
Experience: Three (3) years working in the field as BCBA, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and two (2) years' experience as clinical director, managing and supervising RBTs and BCBA candidates.
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills: - Advanced knowledge of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and behavior program implementations.
- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans and progress reports.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Excel graphing, Word, or similar computer applications.
- Ability to maintain a professional image and courteous demeanor.
Requirements- Driving is an essential function of this position. Proof of valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, evidence of state-mandated car insurance, and insurable driving record are required. While driving for work, should a need arise, the employee's insurance is deemed primary and ECF's coverage is secondary.

Violations of the driving policy may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of driving privileges, reassignment, or termination.
- Provide evidence of a negative TB test initially and every three years thereafter.
- Obtain NCI, First Aid and CPR certification within the first 3 months of employment and maintain as required.
Work EnvironmentWork is conducted in the office and in intervention rooms. The employee may work with individuals who are engaging in aggressive behaviors towards themselves and/or others. The employee will be exposed to frequent interruptions, loud noise, varying indoor and outdoortemperature, and drafts.

Pay Range $97,000.00 Annually to $105,000.00 Annually
