This is an opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring staff, improving quality of care, partnering with community providers, and helping individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders achieve recovery.
Please note: This is a 100% in-person leadership position located in Gresham, Oregon. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Clinical leadership, staff development, and collaboration occur onsite with the multidisciplinary team.
ScheduleFull-Time | Salaried- Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Leadership flexibility is needed for occasional evening or weekend responsibilities.
- Participation in a scheduled leadership on-call rotation is required.
CompensationRealistic Hiring Range:$103,460 - $112,000 annuallySalary Range from Min to Mid: $103,460 - $127,815 annuallyStarting compensation is based on licensure, leadership experience, and directly related clinical experience.
Telecare applies geographic pay differentials based on the location where work is performed.
Minimum Requirements- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Oregon State licensure that is valid, current, and in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Minimum one (1) year of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience
- Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
- Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary treatment teams

What You'll DoAs Clinical Director, you will provide both clinical and operational leadership by:
- Serving as the clinical leader for the program alongside the Administrator
- Supervising, coaching, and developing clinical staff
- Ensuring high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services
- Monitoring documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Leading clinical quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting recovery-oriented programming and trauma-informed care
- Collaborating with hospitals, referral sources, county partners, and community agencies
- Conducting chart audits and ensuring documentation meets state and county requirements
- Participating in incident review, risk management, and performance improvement activities
- Helping create an engaged, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture
