BCBA Certification with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Leadership and mentorship experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
Proficiency in ABA assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, and Practical Functional Assessments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage and mentor teams effectively.
Ethical and compassionate leadership with a focus on developing clinicians and enhancing patient outcomes.
