Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Provide direct oversight of ABA programs , ensuring quality care and ethical best practices.
  • Mentor & Support BCBAs: Conduct structured mentorship sessions, skill development training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists , and other specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care .
  • Family Engagement: Strengthen caregiver relationships , conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.
  • Maintain Clinical Integrity: Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridge's quality benchmarks .
  • Track & Improve Performance: Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes .

Skills & Qualifications

What You'll Bring
  • BCBA Certification: Minimum of three years of BCBA experience .
  • Master's Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Leadership & Mentorship Experience: Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
  • Expertise in ABA Assessments: Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK , and Practical Functional Assessments .
  • Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to engage, mentor, and drive clinical performance across teams.
