We're opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in
Port Royal, SC, and we're looking for an exceptional
Clinic Director to lead the way.

What You'll Do- Lead the successful launch and day-to-day operations of a new outpatient clinic
- Provide exceptional evidence-based physical therapy care
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Build and mentor a positive, high-performing clinical team
- Foster a culture centered on outstanding patient experiences and clinical excellence
- Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth and community engagement
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all clinical standards
- Build strong relationships with referral sources and represent the clinic within the local community
What We're Looking For- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Leadership or Clinic Director experience preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a successful practice
