Clinical Manager to lead operations across a thriving, multi-specialty dental practice serving adult, pediatric, orthodontic, and perioperative patients. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.
What You'll Do- Lead Clinical Operations: Drive day-to-day performance across all specialties, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and optimal chair utilization
- Inspire & Develop Teams: Manage and mentor hygienists, assistants, and clinical support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Partner with Providers: Work closely with dentists and specialists to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate the patient experience
- Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection control standards while maintaining audit readiness
- Drive Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and standardize workflows
- Own Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs, staffing efficiency, and operational outcomes to support continuous improvement
- Support Business Operations: Contribute to budgeting, workforce planning, and cost management initiatives
What You Bring- 5-7+ years of leadership experience in dental or healthcare operations
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, compliance, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional clinical teams
- Experience in multi-specialty dental environments (highly preferred)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented and approachable leadership style
*Must have reliable transportation. Occasional travel to Franklin and Bedford for practices (mileage reimbursement may apply).
