Compensation and Bonus Structure
Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
Bonus Structure
Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Your Role
