The Clinical Director position:
As the Clinical Director, you will oversee the daily operations. This office services fourteen counties in middle Tennessee. Responsibilities include budget oversight, management of clinical and clerical staff, monitoring patient admissions and visits, maintaining compliance with insurance authorizations, documentation, and monthly billing.
QUALIFICATIONS for Clinical Director:
- Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee nursing license or other Compact state nursing license
- Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
- Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health/private duty care industry
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and Private Insurance guidelines
- Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnel
- Three or more years Home Health experience
- Three or more years Management experience
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening
